Ingredients:
- Eggs 4 Nos
- Chili Powder 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala 1 Tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add half cup water, and add all the dry spices.
- Cut boiled eggs in two halves and dip the masalas and keep aside.
- In a hot skillet, shallow fry the eggs on all sides until a crispy layer is formed on all sides.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
