Boiled Egg Fry By Ravindra Shegunasi

Ingredients:

  1. Eggs 4 Nos
  2. Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  3. Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp 
  4. Garam Masala 1 Tsp
  5. Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch 
  6. Salt to taste 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add half cup water, and add all the dry spices. 
  2. Cut boiled eggs in two halves and dip the masalas and keep aside. 
  3. In a hot skillet, shallow fry the eggs on all sides until a crispy layer is formed on all sides. 
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
