Chicken Breast Kebabs is one of the easiest and fastest ways of making delicious kebabs at home. It is easily prepared right in the skillet with a crunchy crust and lots of flavor from Indian seasoning.
Ingredients:
- 200 Grams Chicken Breast
- Salt to taste
- 2 Teaspoons Chopped Garlic
- 100 Grams Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Crushed Pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl combine chopped garlic, lemon juice, crushed pepper, and salt. Stir well to blend.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and set aside in the refrigerator for an hour.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high flame.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet when the oil is hot.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 10 to 15 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.
- Remove the Chicken Kebabs from the pan.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with mint chutney or accompaniment of your choice.
Cooking Tip:
Make sure you use thin chicken breasts as the meat is flatter and retains the coating better!
