Chicken Breast Kebab

Chicken Breast Kebabs is one of the easiest and fastest ways of making delicious kebabs at home. It is easily prepared right in the skillet with a crunchy crust and lots of flavor from Indian seasoning. 

Chicken Breast Kebab By Naveena


  1. 200 Grams Chicken Breast 
  2. Salt to taste 
  3. 2 Teaspoons Chopped Garlic
  4. 100 Grams Olive Oil
  5. 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice 
  6. 2 Teaspoons Crushed Pepper


  1. In a large bowl combine chopped garlic, lemon juice, crushed pepper, and salt. Stir well to blend. 
  2. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and set aside in the refrigerator for an hour. 
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high flame. 
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet when the oil is hot. 
  5. Sear the chicken breasts for 10 to 15 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown. 
  6. Remove the Chicken Kebabs from the pan. 
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with mint chutney or accompaniment of your choice. 

Cooking Tip: 
Make sure you use thin chicken breasts as the meat is flatter and retains the coating better!
