Ingredients:

  1. 250 Grams Boneless Chicken 
  2. 1 Tablespoon Ginger and Garlic Paste 
  3. Salt to taste 
  4. 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  5. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  6. 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  7. ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  8. 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  9. 1 Cup Flour 
  10. ½ Cup Corn Flour
  11. 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  12. 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  13. 1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce
  14. 1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
  15. ½ Lemon 

Instructions: 

  1. Cut boneless chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, create a marinate by adding ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chat masala, pepper powder, vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour, and flour. 
  3. Mix the chicken pieces into the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours. 
  4. Slice potatoes and keep aside. 
  5. Using a toothpick, skew chicken with the potato slices placing chicken in the center. 
  6. Deep fry the skewed chicken pieces and serve with mint chutney!
