Ingredients:
- 250 Grams Boneless Chicken
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 1 Cup Flour
- ½ Cup Corn Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
- ½ Lemon
Instructions:
- Cut boneless chicken into bite size pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, create a marinate by adding ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chat masala, pepper powder, vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour, and flour.
- Mix the chicken pieces into the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Slice potatoes and keep aside.
- Using a toothpick, skew chicken with the potato slices placing chicken in the center.
- Deep fry the skewed chicken pieces and serve with mint chutney!
