Chicken Cabbage Rolls By Ruby Pathak

Ingredients:

  1. 250 Grams Minced Chicken 
  2. 1 Cup Chopped Cabbage 
  3. 1 Carrot 
  4. 2 Onions 
  5. 4 Green Chillies
  6. 1 Capsicum
  7. 8 Garlic Pods
  8. 3 Teaspoon Ginger & Garlic Paste 
  9. 2 Teaspoon Salt 
  10. ½ Cup Scallion 
  11. ½ Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  12. ½ Teaspoon Sugar
  13. ½ Teaspoon Fish Sauce
  14. 2 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
  15. 1 Teaspoon Rice Vinegar 
  16. 1 Teaspoon Chilli Oil
  17. 30 Pieces Palm Sizes Fresh Cabbage Leaves

Instructions: 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add minced chicken, chopped cabbage, carrot, onions, green chillies, capsicum, ginger and garlic paste, scallion, pepper powder, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chilli oil.
  2. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the two rack steamer with water and brush the base with oil.
  4. Add the minced chicken mixture in the center of palm sized cabbage leaf. Form into rolls.
  5. Steam the rolls in the steamer and cover the lid for ten minutes. 
  6. Serve the rolls with chilli sauce.
