Ingredients: 

  1. Chicken 500 Gms
  2. Curry Leaves 1 Bunch 
  3. Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch 
  4. Mint Leaves 1 Bunch 
  5. Onions 2 Nos
  6. Green Chillies 2 Nos
  7. Salt 
  8. Turmeric 1 Tsp 
  9. Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
  10. Chilli Powder 1Tsp
  11. Oil 750 ml

Instructions: 

  1. In a hot skillet, add chopped onions, green chilies and saute until onions turn golden brown. 
  2. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves and fry for a while. 
  3. Add the masalas and add chicken and cook on high flame for 10 minutes until the water is completely absorbed. 
  4. Simmer chicken curry and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. 
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
