Chicken Lagan Ka Kabab By Rizwana


  1. Boneless Chicken 500 Gms
  2. Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch 
  3. Green Chilies 2 – 3 Nos
  4. Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  5. Turmeric 1 Tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ginger and Garlic paste 
  8. Sliced Deep Fried Onions 
  9. Charcoal 1 Nos
  10. Cream Half cup


  1. Grind together chicken, coriander leaves, green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, ginger and garlic paste.
  2. Transfer the minced chicken into a plate and leave space in the center. 
  3. Add hot charcoal in the center of the plate and cover it with the lid for five minutes. 
  4. Remove the charcoal and make small shaped kebabs. 
  5. In a hot Tawa, add oil and shallow fry kebabs on both sides.
  6. Garnish with cream and serve!
