Chicken Pepper Roast By Vipin


  1. 500 Grams Chicken 
  2. 2 Tablespoon Whole Pepper
  3. 1 ½ Tablespoon Fennel Seeds
  4. 2 Medium Onions
  5. 2 Tomatoes
  6. Cumin Seeds
  7. Curry Leaves
  8. Green Chillies
  9. 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  10. 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  11. I Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste


  1. Roast Pepper, fennel seeds, for a minute and grind the mixture and keep aside. 
  2. In a hot pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and saute cumin seeds, onions, curry leaves, and fry till the onions turn golden brown. 
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper and fennel powder and fry for 5 minutes. 
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 10 minutes. 
  5. Add chicken pieces, salt to taste and cook on low flame till the chicken is cooked. 
  6. Transfer on a serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
