Ingredients:
- 200 Grams Shredded Chicken
- Pizza Sauce
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Medium Tomato
- ½ Bell Pepper
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 3 Cubes Cheese
- 2 Cups Flour
- 3 Teaspoon Sugar
- 3 Teaspoon Yeast
- 1 Teaspoon Oil
- 1 Cup Warm Water
Instructions:
- Mix together flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and warm water.
- Gently knead dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a round shape.
- Add pizza sauce, chopped onions, bell pepper, shredded chicken and grated cheese.
- Heat the cooking pan and cook the chicken pizza by covering it with a lid.
- Let the base cook evenly for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, and serve!
