Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast 2 Nos
- Bread Crumbs 1 Cup
- Eggs 2 Nos
- Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala 1 Tsp
- Milk 40 Ml
Instructions:
- Mince chicken breast in a grinder, add salt and knead well.
- In a bowl, add eggs, chili powder, garam masala, milk and keep aside.
- Make small flat round shaped chicken popsicles and dip in the egg mixture.
- Coat chicken with bread crumbs and shallow fry until it is crispy on all sides.
- Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
