Chicken Tikka By Asha

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 500 Gms
  2. Curd 2 Tsp
  3. Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 Tsp 
  4. Coriander Powder ¼ Tsp
  5. Tandoori Masala ¼ Tsp
  6. Red Chili Powder ¼ Tsp
  7. Kasturi Methi 1 Tsp
  8. Orange Color Pinch
  9. Mustard Oil 1 Tbsp

Instructions: 

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and set aside for 2 hours. 
  2. In a hot skillet, fry the chicken tikkas on low flame.
  3. Fry the chicken on all sides for 30-40 minutes. 
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
