Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 Gms
- Curd 2 Tsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder ¼ Tsp
- Tandoori Masala ¼ Tsp
- Red Chili Powder ¼ Tsp
- Kasturi Methi 1 Tsp
- Orange Color Pinch
- Mustard Oil 1 Tbsp
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and set aside for 2 hours.
- In a hot skillet, fry the chicken tikkas on low flame.
- Fry the chicken on all sides for 30-40 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
