Ingredients:
- Chicken 750 Gms
- Onions 3
- Tomatoes 3
- Green Chillies 6
- Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
- Curry Leaves 1 Bunch
- Mint Leaves 1 Bunch
- Garam Masala 2 Tsp
- Turmeric 1 Tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
- Oil 75 ml
- Raw Coconut 2
Instructions:
- In a hot pan, add oil and saute green chilies for two minutes. Add onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook till the sides leave oil.
- Add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and fry.
- Add coconut pieces and fry for ten minutes.
- Transfer the mixture and grind to a fine paste.
- Transfer the mixture back into the pan, add chicken pieces, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice!
