- Eggs 2 Nos
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Gram Flour 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Boil eggs in water and keep aside.
- Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, chilli powder and add water and mix to a fine paste.
- Dip the eggs in the paste on all sides.
- Deep fry the eggs until a crispy layer is formed.
- Egg Crunchy fry is ready to serve!
