Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice Cooked
- Onions
- Green Chillies
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric Powder
- Garam Masala
- Eggs 2
- Salt
Instructions:
- Heat skillet over medium flame, add oil and fry onions.
- Add chopped green chilies. Ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Add 2 whole eggs and cook on low flame. Evenly mash the eggs.
- Add basmati rice and mix evenly.
- Serve hot!
