  1. Basmati Rice Cooked
  2. Onions 
  3. Green Chillies 
  4. Ginger garlic paste 
  5. Turmeric Powder
  6. Garam Masala
  7. Eggs 2 
  8. Salt 


  1. Heat skillet over medium flame, add oil and fry onions. 
  2. Add chopped green chilies. Ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. 
  3. Add 2 whole eggs and cook on low flame. Evenly mash the eggs. 
  4. Add basmati rice and mix evenly. 
  5. Serve hot!
