Egg Pin Roll By Kalpana


  1. Eggs 2 Nos
  2. Onions 2 Nos
  3. Green Chillies 2 Nos
  4. Salt
  5. Chilli Powder 1 Tsp 
  6. Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
  7. Flour 1 Cup
  8. Oil 750 ml


  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, chopped onions, green chillies, chili powder, turmeric and salt and beat for 2 minutes. 
  2. Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp oil. 
  3. Add the beaten eggs and roughly mash the eggs once it starts cooking. 
  4. Keep the burji aside. 
  5. Make a dough with flour and roll into a circle shaped roti. 
  6. Add the burji filling and carefully roll the dough. 
  7. Take a knife and cut the dough in 5 equal parts. 
  8. Flatten the dough filled with burji and deep fry until cooked evenly. 
  9. Serve with tomato ketchup.
