Egg Ponganalu By Suresh


  1. 2 Eggs 
  2. 1 Green Chilli 
  3. 1 Carrot 
  4. 1 Onion
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 Tsp Chilli Powder


  1. Grind together, onion, carrot, green chillies. 
  2. In a hot pan, add 1 Tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds and onion and carrot mixture and saute for 5 minutes. 
  3. Add the mixture into a bowl with 2 whole eggs and mix well.
  4. Add salt, chilli powder and mix well. 
  5. Transfer the mixture into a Ponganalu pan and cook on low flame. 
  6. Serve with chutney of your choice!
