- 2 Eggs
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
- Grind together, onion, carrot, green chillies.
- In a hot pan, add 1 Tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds and onion and carrot mixture and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the mixture into a bowl with 2 whole eggs and mix well.
- Add salt, chilli powder and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a Ponganalu pan and cook on low flame.
- Serve with chutney of your choice!
