Ingredients: 

  1. Chicken 500 Gms
  2. Salt to taste 
  3. Curd 1 cup 
  4. Turmeric 1 Cup
  5. Ghee 2 Tbsp
  6. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
  7. Pepper 1 Tsp
  8. Cumin Powder 1 Tsp
  9. Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
  10. Ginger 1 Tbsp
  11. Garlic paste 1 Tbsp
  12. Lime Juice 1 Tbsp

Instructions: 

  1. Marinate the chicken with curd, chili powder, turmeric, and salt. 
  2. Make a paste with ginger, garlic, pepper, coriander powder, chili powder and keep aside. 
  3. In a hot pan, add ghee and fry onions till golden brown. 
  4. Add the marinated chicken and masala paste and cook on a low flame for 30-40 minutes. 
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
