Ingredients

  1. Chicken 350 Gms
  2. Green Chilies 2 Nos
  3. Sorrel Leaves 4 to 5 Nos
  4. Onions 4 to 5 
  5. Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
  6. Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
  7. Garam Masala1 Tsp 
  8. Chilli Powder 1 Tsp 
  9. Salt 
  10. Oil 3 Tbsp

Instructions: 

  1. In a hot pan, add oil and fry onions until golden brown.
  2. Add green chilies, ginger and garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes. 
  3. Add chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and turmeric. 
  4. Add sorrel leaves and cook for 5 minutes. 
  5. Add the chicken pieces, water and cook the chicken for 30 – 40 minutes on low flame. 
  6. Serve hot!
