- Chicken 500 Gms
- Green Chillies 6
- Oil 75 ml
- Cornflour 1 Tbsp
- In a hot pan, add oil, green chilies and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for twenty minutes.
- Add water and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornflour with 2 tsp water and mix well.
- Add the cornflour into the chicken pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
