Ingredients:
- 25 Gms Chicken
- 2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 4 Peppercorns
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Whole Ginger
- 2 Green Chillies
- 3 Tbsp Ghee
- 2 Onions
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
Instructions:
- Make a fine Garama Masala powder with cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns and keep aside.
- Grind together green chilies, garlic and ginger and keep aside.
- In a large skillet over medium flame, add ghee, chopped onions, garam masala, turmeric and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until it is partially cooked.
- Add water and simmer on low flame.
- Once the water has evaporated, add coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve!
