Chicken Onion Roast
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Leg Piece
- 1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tbsp Cup Curd
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Masala
- Oil 250 Ml
- 4 Onions
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, curd, coriander powder, turmeric , oil, and chicken masala.
- In a frying pan, add 1 Tbsp ginger and garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add finely sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add the chicken pieces and fry for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve!
