Chicken Onion Roast By Rupesh

Ingredients: 

  1. 4 Chicken Leg Piece
  2. 1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste 
  3. 1 Tsp Turmeric
  4. Salt to Taste
  5. 1 Tbsp Cup Curd 
  6. 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  7. 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  8. 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder 
  9. 1 Tbsp Chicken Masala
  10. Oil 250  Ml
  11. 4 Onions

Instructions: 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, curd, coriander powder, turmeric , oil, and chicken masala.
  2. In a frying pan, add 1 Tbsp ginger and garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add finely sliced onions and fry till golden brown. 
  4. Add the chicken pieces and fry for 30 minutes. 
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve!
