- Eggs 2 Nos

- Mushroom 30 Gms
- Chop the onions, sweetcorn, and wash the sliced mushrooms.
- Fry the onions in a pan.
- Add sweetcorn, mushrooms, and salt and keep aside.
- In a nonstick pan, add beaten eggs and add the mushrooms and sweetcorn and cover with a lid for 5 minutes.
- Fold the omelette and serve!
