Mushroom and Sweetcorn Omelette By Lois


  1. Eggs 2 Nos
  2. Onion 1
  3. Mushroom 30 Gms


  1. Chop the onions, sweetcorn, and wash the sliced mushrooms. 
  2. Fry the onions in a pan. 
  3. Add sweetcorn, mushrooms, and salt and keep aside. 
  4. In a nonstick pan, add beaten eggs and add the mushrooms and sweetcorn and cover with a lid for 5 minutes. 
  5. Fold the omelette and serve!
