Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 Gms
- Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper 1 Tsp
- Eggs 2 Nos
- Cashewnuts 4
- Onion 2 Nos
- Capsicum 1
- Ginger and Garlic Paste
- Oil 1 Tbs
- Corriander Podwer 1 Tbsp
Instructions:
- In a hot pan, add oil and fry onions and green chilies.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and add all the spices and mix well.
- Add chicken pieces and mix with the spices and cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 30 – 40 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve!
