  1. 200 Grams Chicken Thighs 
  2. 4 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  3. 4 Fresh Basil Leaves
  4. 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  5. 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  6. 3 Garlic Cloves
  7. Fresh Rosemary
  8. Salt to Taste


  1. Make partial cuts to the chicken thighs.
  2. Transfer the thigh pieces into a zip lock bag.
  3. Add lemon juice, chopped basil leaves, olive oil, and oregano.
  4. Seal the bag and marinate the chicken for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. In a pan, heat olive oil and saute chopped garlic and freshly chopped rosemary.
  6. Add the marinated chicken thighs and fry until evenly cooked from all the sides. 
  7. Serve with spaghetti and season with olive oil!
