Smoked Chicken and Egg Salad By Shruti


  1. Chicken Breast 2 Nos
  2. Mint water 1 cup
  3. Fennel leaves 1 tsp
  4. Garlic 1 tsp 
  5. Broccoli 1 Cup 
  6. Mushrooms 1 Cup 
  7. Onions 1 Cup 
  8. Red Cabbage 1 Cup 
  9. Eggs 2 Nos
  10. Salt 


  1. In a hot pan, saute garlic, fennel leaves and add chicken breast pieces and cook on both sides for 15 minutes. 
  2. Add mint water and cook until the water is completely absorbed. 
  3. Remove the chicken pieces and place on a wire mesh and roast on both sides and keep aside. 
  4. In a pan, add beaten eggs, mushrooms, cabbage, onions and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes. 
  5. Cut the chicken breast pieces into small sizes and add to the egg and veggies. 
  6. Garnish with prunes and serve!
