Ingredients: 

  1. Chicken 500 Gms
  2. Turmeric 1 Tsp
  3. Pepper 2 Tsp
  4. Cornflour 2 Tsp
  5. Flour 2 Tsp
  6. Salt 
  7. Oil 750 ml
  8. Butter 100 Gms
  9. Chilli Garlic Sauce 2 Tsp
  10. Red Chilli Sauce 2 Tsp
  11. Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
  12. Honey 2 Tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Combine together chicken, turmeric, cornflour, flour, salt, pepper, and water and keep aside. 
  2. Fry the chicken pieces for 10-20 minutes on low flame and keep aside. 
  3. In a hot skillet, add butter. Chilli garlic sauce. Soy sauce, honey. And red chilli sauce and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. 
  4. Add the chicken pieces and coat evenly on all sides. 
  5. Sprinkle chilli flakes on top and serve!
