Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 Gms
- Turmeric 1 Tsp
- Pepper 2 Tsp
- Cornflour 2 Tsp
- Flour 2 Tsp
- Salt
- Oil 750 ml
- Butter 100 Gms
- Chilli Garlic Sauce 2 Tsp
- Red Chilli Sauce 2 Tsp
- Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Honey 2 Tbsp
Instructions:
- Combine together chicken, turmeric, cornflour, flour, salt, pepper, and water and keep aside.
- Fry the chicken pieces for 10-20 minutes on low flame and keep aside.
- In a hot skillet, add butter. Chilli garlic sauce. Soy sauce, honey. And red chilli sauce and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces and coat evenly on all sides.
- Sprinkle chilli flakes on top and serve!
