Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 Gms
- Onion Paste 1 Cup
- Ginger and Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
- Chili Powder 1 Tsp
- Green Chillies 2 Nos
- Roasted Seasame 1 Tsp
- Orange Zest
- Orange Juice 1 Glass
- Oil 75 ml
- Cornflour 1 Tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 Tsp
- Tomato Sauce 1 Tsp
- Sugar 1 Tsp
Instructions:
- Mix chicken with cornflour, salt, and sugar.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces until crispy on all sides and keep aside.
- In a pan, add oil and fry green chilies, onions, and tomato paste.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add orange juice, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Finally, add chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with orange zest and serve!
