Ingredients
- Chicken 500Gms
- Butter 50 Gms
- Cumin Powder 2 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 2 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder 2 Tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
- Kasturi methi 2 Tbsp
- Lemon 1
- Green Chillies 2 Nos
- Oil 75 Ml
- Curd 1 cup
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken with curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, ginger, and garlic paste for one hour.
- In a hot pan, add oil and fry chicken for 20 minutes evenly and keep aside.
- Add 3 tablespoon of oil and fry onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 5 -10 minutes and keep aside.
- Add all the spices, curd, and Kasturi methi.
- Finally, add the fried chicken pieces and cook for 5-10 minutes and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
