Chicken Tikka Masala By Mushi

Ingredients 

  1. Chicken 500Gms
  2. Butter 50 Gms
  3. Cumin Powder 2 Tbsp
  4. Red Chilli Powder 2 Tbsp
  5. Coriander Powder  2 Tbsp
  6. Coriander Leaves  1 Bunch
  7. Kasturi methi  2 Tbsp
  8. Lemon 1 
  9.  Green Chillies 2 Nos
  10. Oil 75 Ml 
  11. Curd 1 cup

Instructions: 

  1. Marinate the chicken with curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, ginger, and garlic paste for one hour. 
  2. In a hot pan, add oil and fry chicken for 20 minutes evenly and keep aside. 
  3. Add 3 tablespoon of oil and fry onions until golden brown.
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 5 -10 minutes and keep aside. 
  5. Add all the spices, curd, and Kasturi methi. 
  6. Finally, add the fried chicken pieces and cook for 5-10 minutes and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
