Hyderabadi Murg Masala By Tupa

Ingredients: 

  1. Chicken 250 Gms
  2. Turmeric 1 Tsp
  3. Chili Powder 1 Tsp 
  4. Garam Masala 1 Tsp 
  5. Cardamon 2 
  6. Cinnamon 1 stick
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Onions 2 
  9. Curd 1 cup 
  10.  Tomato Puree 1 Cup 
  11. Oil 75 ml

Instructions: 

  1. In a hot pan, saute onions and add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt, and fry. 
  2. Transfer into a grinder and grind to make a paste.
  3. In a large bowl, add chicken, curd, and onion paste and marinate for 30 minutes. 
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken and cook for 30 minutes. 
  5. Serve with chopped coriander leaves and serve!
