Ingredients:
- Chicken 250 Gms
- Turmeric 1 Tsp
- Chili Powder 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala 1 Tsp
- Cardamon 2
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Onions 2
- Curd 1 cup
- Tomato Puree 1 Cup
- Oil 75 ml
Instructions:
- In a hot pan, saute onions and add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt, and fry.
- Transfer into a grinder and grind to make a paste.
- In a large bowl, add chicken, curd, and onion paste and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken and cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve with chopped coriander leaves and serve!
