  1. Eggs 2 Nos
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Chili powder
  4. Turmeric ½ Tsp
  5. Ginger and garlic paste ½ tsp
  6. Oil 20 ml


  1. Beat eggs with chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and ginger and garlic paste.
  2. In a hot a pan, add oil and add the beaten eggs and cook on low flame.
  3. Cook evenly on both sides and serve with fresh buns!
