Ammama’s Chicken Curry By Dr. Vijaya


  1. Chicken 500 Gms
  2. Salt 
  3. Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp
  4. Lemon 1
  5. Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
  6. Garam Masala 1 Tsp
  7. Oil 1 Cup


  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, chili powder, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice for 1 hour. 
  2. In a hot pan, add i cup oil and fry the chicken pieces until it is fried completely.
  3. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve!
