- Chicken 500 Gms
- Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp
- Lemon 1
- Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 Tsp
- Oil 1 Cup
- Marinate the chicken with salt, chili powder, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice for 1 hour.
- In a hot pan, add i cup oil and fry the chicken pieces until it is fried completely.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve!
