Chicken Masala Dosa By Chetan

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless Chicken 250 Gms
  2. Salt 
  3. Turmeric 1 Tsp 
  4. Chilli Powder 1 Tsp 
  5. Curd 1 Tbsp
  6. Lemon 1 
  7. Onion 1 
  8. Tomato 1
  9.  Dosa Batter 
  10. Ghee 100 Gms

Instructions: 

  1. Marinate the chicken with curd, lemon, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and keep aside. 
  2. In a pa, fry onions till for 10 minutes and add tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. 
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook on a low flame for 30-40 minutes and keep aside. 
  4. Heat the dosa pan, and make dosa.
  5. Add the chicken filling on dosa and cover the filling from both sides.
  6. Serve with chutney of your choice.
