Ingredients:

  1. 500 Grams Chicken 
  2. 12 Garlic Cloves
  3. 4 Green Chillies 
  4. 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
  5. 1 Cup Curd
  6. 1 Lemon
  7. 4 Large Onions
  8. 3 Tablespoon Oil

Instructions:

  1. Grind together green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, and ginger.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with coriander paste, curd, salt, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  3. Coarsely chop onions and keep aside. 
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and saute chopped onions till golden brown. 
  5. Add the marinate chicken pieces and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. 
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
