- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tomato
- Whisk together eggs, chopped tomatoes, green chilli, and coriander leaves. Add salt as per your taste.
- Transfer the egg mixture into a flat pan and cook on low flame. Cover with the lid for 5 minutes until cooked evenly.
- Serve with toast, butter cubes and tomato sauce!
