Healthy Omlette By Girish Mishra


  1. 2 Whole Eggs
  2. 1 Green Chilli 
  3. 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  4. Salt to Taste 
  5. 1 Tomato


  1. Whisk together eggs, chopped tomatoes, green chilli, and coriander leaves. Add salt as per your taste. 
  2. Transfer the egg mixture into a flat pan and cook on low flame. Cover with the lid for 5 minutes until cooked evenly. 
  3. Serve with toast, butter cubes and tomato sauce!
