She further mentioned that eggs are a great contributor to essential nutrients not only for a child’s healthy development but also for adults. They provide a good source of protein and are packed with vitamins and minerals.
Senior Nutritionist, Dr. Janaki Srinath is the founder member of the All India Association of Advancing Research in Obesity. She was the National Secretary of AIAARO for two terms and also served as National Vice President of the International Association for the Study of Obesity during 2009-2011.
